Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

During busy periods, sales, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer. If there is a significant delay with your order, our support team will contact you by email.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times may vary depending on your location, shipping carrier, customs processing, and other external factors.

Standard shipping usually takes 7 to 15 business days after the order has been processed and shipped.

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs, courier issues, incorrect shipping information, public holidays, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information, when available.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

EuroModern & Co. is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at:

We can only update the shipping address if the order has not yet been processed or shipped.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs, if applicable, will be calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions. Any free shipping offer will be clearly displayed on our website or at checkout.

International Shipping

We may offer international shipping to selected countries.

Lost, Delayed, or Missing Packages

If your order is delayed, missing, or marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us at:

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include your order number and clear photos of the damaged package and item so our team can review the issue and assist you accordingly.

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before they have been processed or shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must follow our Return and Refund Policy.
